Terms and Conditions for Ti Rallyschool

1. All drivers must hold a full driving licence and be in good health.
2. Entrants under the age of 18 require the signature of a parent or guardian.
3. On the course date, each driver wll be required to sign a disclaimer of liability regardng accidents or injury.
4. Bookings are transferable but non-refundable.
5. Gift vouchers are transferable but non-refundable.
6. Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 10 to 12 months.
7. Where the date of a booking is to be changed, at least 21 days notice must be given, prior to the orignal date booked.
8. In the event of a course not being fully booked, the school reserves the right to cancel and a full refund will be given.
9. If an entrant fails to arrive on their course date, no refund or alternative will be given.
10. T.i. Rallyschool reserves the right to send home any driver who is driving dangerously.
11. T.i. Rallyschool reserves the right to alter any format to the scheduled programme at their discretion.
12. Sorry – no pets allowed.
13. We don't share your data with anyone.
14. We don't use Cookies.
15. We don't routinely delete customer data.
